Prices and Supply
Prices are defined as ex-works, and do not include packaging or despatch. The manufacturer will gladly arrange for delivery at favourable rates, and will apply all necessary care and attention, but cannot accept legal liability except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The goods are transported at the customer´s expense and risk.
Payment
Our invoices are payable cash on delivery payment . The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Complaints and legal liability
Any defects that may be discovered shall be reported to the manufacturer in writing within 6 days of receipt of goods. Goods shall only be returned if the manufacturer has given his consent. We cannot entertain any claims for injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused directly or indirectly by technical alterations to, improper treatment of , or tampering with our product, or by our product.
Place of execution and jurisdiction
The place of execution and jurisdiction for all claims and legal disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be Villingen-Schwenningen ( urban district of Villingen), Germany, for both parties.
